Within 30 days, you can return the item for an exchange or refund, but shipping and restocking fees will apply for all non-defective / remorse returns. Prior to filling out your return request below, please see Refunds and Returns policy on our site.

When requesting a replacement for missing parts or an after-sales return for a defective or broken item, you, the customer (or buyer), need to also provide evidence of the defect within 14 days of your receipt of the item by responding to our reply email once you explain your problem in the message section of our Return Request form below:

You may apply for a replacement or refund on damaged items by submitting compelling evidence to Best Home Gardens through email after we respond to your inquiry below. Simply attach your jpeg images for proof of the damage when you reply to our email that we will send you upon receipt of your request. Specify the date and time of your photo(s) and we will get back to you on the status of your return within 5 business days.
