The GrandGather 20×30 Event & Party Tent transforms a backyard, lawn, or event space into a spacious covered venue for weddings, celebrations, family gatherings, receptions, community events, and other outdoor occasions. Measuring approximately 20′ wide x 30′ long x 12′ high, this large canopy combines a reinforced galvanized steel frame with waterproof PE covering, attractive windowed sidewalls, and convenient roll-up entrances to create a bright and inviting space for entertaining.
- SPACIOUS 20′ x 30′ EVENT SPACE: With approximately 600 square feet of covered area, the GrandGather provides plenty of room for dining tables, chairs, serving stations, decorations, and gathering areas. The manufacturer lists capacity for approximately 100–120 people, although practical capacity will vary significantly depending on seating, tables, aisles, furnishings, and local occupancy requirements.
- HEAVY-DUTY GALVANIZED STEEL FRAME: Upgraded powder-coated steel tubing and metal connectors create a sturdy framework designed for repeated outdoor use. Reinforced corner poles form triangular supports, while the thickened base structure adds stability when the tent is correctly assembled and anchored.
- WATERPROOF & UV-RESISTANT ROOF: The 180GSM high-density polyethylene roof covering is designed to provide waterproof protection and block up to 99% of UV rays, helping create a more comfortable sheltered environment for guests during daytime outdoor events.
- WINDOWED SIDEWALLS FOR A BRIGHTER INTERIOR: Durable 140GSM PE sidewalls feature clear PVC windows that allow natural light into the tent while maintaining an enclosed event space. The decorative windows also give the structure a more polished appearance for weddings, receptions, parties, and other celebrations.
- LARGE ROLL-UP ENTRANCES: Two roll-up doors with dual-sided zippers provide flexible entry, exit, and ventilation. The approximately 10.17′ wide x 6.4′ high doorway makes it easier to move tables, chairs, decorations, serving equipment, and other event supplies in and out.
- ADDITIONAL WIND-SECURING FEATURES: Extended PE material along the sidewalls can be secured using the included L-shaped ground stakes or weighted with suitable sandbags. Four heavy-duty cotton ropes, ground stakes, and five additional tie-down straps provide multiple points for properly securing the structure.
- DESIGNED FOR FAIR-WEATHER EVENTS: Because large temporary tents can be particularly vulnerable to wind, the manufacturer recommends taking additional precautions when winds exceed 25 mph. Weather conditions should always be monitored, and the tent should not be relied upon as a permanent all-weather structure.
